Problem Products does not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of this Site or its content or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through use of this Site.
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Problem
Products be liable for special or consequential damages that result from the use

Products hereby grants to you a nonexclusive, royalty-free, nontransferable, nonsublicenseable right to display the

or display the Problem Products link in any manner that is disparaging or otherwise damages
Problem Products's goodwill. Your breach of any of the foregoing obligations may result in immediate termination of your Agreement by
Problem Products. Upon termination or expiration of your Agreement, you will
promptly remove any Problem Products links from your site.
